I believe that in every country there is an online auction site. Yahoo Auction is one of the most known auction sites in Japan. And there are actually a lot of figures sellers on this site. You can find a lot of things on this website, especially cheap prize figures. Everything is second handed in this auction site, some sellers offer international delivery, but most of them do not. The difficulty is high compare to other sites, because it is in Japanese, and sellers are Japanese. So the entire process will be done in Japanese. But once you get to know it, it is actually a good place to find figures too!

Price: Really depends on sellers and the rarity of the figure

Delivery: Need to negotiate with the seller to know what type of delivery system to use

               Usually around 500yen-1000yen domestically. (within 2 weeks)

It is a bit risky because the condition is unsure.

but when you find figures that is cheaper than any stores, or figures that you can't find, the feeling is good!
