Surugaya (駿河屋)

 
Surugaya is personally my favorite online store for buying figures. It might be a bit hard for people who can't understand Japanese, because it only has a website in Japanese. Surugaya has a wide variety of figures from the old one to the new one, because it is also an online figure-buyer-shop. In Surugaya, there is also discount for the pre-order figures! (Sometimes, it is cheaper than Amiami, so make sure to check both website) The best place in this online shop is that there is no delivery fee if you spend more than 1500 yen for domestic delivery! And usually a figure is already over 1500 yen! Unfortunately, there is no international delivery, so just send them to the place you are going to live when you come to Japan. The delivery is a bit slower than amiami, because I think there are just too many people buying things in this website. But it is still acceptable. I highly recommand this online store.
